Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a cast iron pan on medium-high heat.

Step 5: In a small bowl combine the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Step 6: Rub on the pork loin and add to the pan, browning on each side.
Step 7: At the same time
Step 8: In a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, honey and butter and cook in low until the sugar is dissolved and it forms a glaze.
Step 9: Spread half of the glaze on the pork loin and place in the oven.
Step 10: Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes
Step 11: Remove the cover and add the remaining glaze, cooking for 10 minutes more.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
