  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425ºF

  • Step 2: Pam spray your casserole dish

  • Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a cast iron pan on medium-high heat.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile

  • Step 5: In a small bowl combine the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

  • Step 6: Rub on the pork loin and add to the pan, browning on each side.

  • Step 7: At the same time

  • Step 8: In a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, honey and butter and cook in low until the sugar is dissolved and it forms a glaze.

  • Step 9: Spread half of the glaze on the pork loin and place in the oven.

  • Step 10: Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes

  • Step 11: Remove the cover and add the remaining glaze, cooking for 10 minutes more.

  • Step 12: Remove from the oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
