  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon onions, grated
  • 2 tablespoons pimentos, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil the potatoes until soft but not mushy

  • Step 2: Drain cool

  • Step 3: Add mayonnaise mustard pickle relish seasoning to taste and pimentos

  • Step 5: Add 2 chopped eggs

  • Step 6: Alice the other 2 and put on top as garnish

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with paprika
