  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.

  • Step 4: Fold in apples, nuts and raisins (if using). Batter will be very thick.

  • Step 5: Pour into greased bundt pan.
