Step 1: Make dressing by combining lemon juice, catsup, onion, slat, honey, and oil in food processor with metal blade or in blender. Dressing may be refrigerated for several weeks.
Step 2: Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry (can store in plastic bags until ready to use).
Step 3: Before serving, place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss with the dressing.
