  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, (do not drain)
  • Frosting:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 box (16 ounces) powdered sugar,sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped,for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350

  • Step 2: Grease and flour cake pan

  • Step 3: Spray pam in 9x13 cake pan

  • Step 6: Pour into cake pan

  • Step 7: Bake 35 minutes until cake is done

  • Step 8: Meanwhile

  • Step 10: Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy

  • Step 11: Add vanilla

  • Step 12: Sift in sugar

  • Step 13: Beat

  • Step 14: Frost warm cake,(10 minutes cooling)

  • Step 15: Sprinkle on nuts over the top
