  • Egg:
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Topping:
  • 1 avocado,(1/2 ) ,mashed
  • 1/4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled,(1 tablespoon)

  • Step 1: Heat skillet with butter

  • Step 2: Toast muffin

  • Step 3: Add egg to skillet season to taste

  • Step 7: Add feta to top of egg

  • Step 8: Enough cheese to lightly cover
