Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork sausage

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
  • Assemble:
  • 6 ounces sesame seed hamburger buns (large)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (15 ounces) bean sprouts, (well drained)
  • Sauce:
  • 1 can (8 ounces)crushed pineapple, drained,(1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Burger:

  • Step 2: Combine first 10 ingredients (meat), mix well.

  • Step 7: Divide bean spouts on bun bottoms and top with patty.

  • Step 10: In small saucepan combine all ingredients.

  • Step 11: Heat and stir until marmalade melts.

  • Step 12: And thickens
