  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Mushrooms:
  • 8 ounces mushrooms ,sliced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) bamboo shoots, sliced, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Slurry:
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get everything ready before starting to cook

  • Step 2: Marinate beef mixture in bowl 30 minutes before starting to cook

  • Step 3: Heat wok with 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Step 4: Cook beef mixture

  • Step 5: Return to bowl

  • Step 6: Add remaining oil and add broccoli

  • Step 7: Add mushrooms

  • Step 8: Add seasoning

  • Step 9: Add bamboo shoots
