  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Sandwich:
  • 4 ounces sub rolls,(6-inch),(4)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450F degrees.

  • Step 2: Split rolls in half (lengthwise.)

  • Step 3: Place rolls on Pam sprayed baking sheet and bake until lightly browned to be crisp enough to hold

  • Step 4: Meanwhile

  • Step 5: Mix meatloaf mix

  • Step 6: Put on lightly browned sub rolls evenly

  • Step 7: Squirt ketchup on top of each one

  • Step 8: Bake 15 minutes

  • Step 9: Spread cheese on top bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted
