  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled,sliced
  • 4 carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can (15 ounces)peas, undrained
  • 2 pounds pork chop, bone in,(4)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: Butter and spray Pam in 9x13 dish

  • Step 3: Assemble casserole in order given

  • Step 4: Season to taste

  • Step 5: With Soup being last

  • Step 6: Cover tightly

  • Step 7: Bake for 2 1/2 hours until pork is tender( may need more or less time depending on tenderness of pork)

  • Step 8: Check so doesn't burn or dry out
