  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 ounces deli turkey breast,diced
  • 4 ounces hard salami,diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/8 cup stuffed green olives,sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
