Step 1: Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff. Add the sugar a tablespoon at a time, beating until the sugar is dissolved and the meringue stands in a stiff peak. Fold in the vanilla, and the coffee mixture.
Step 2: Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
Step 3: Bake in a 275˚ F oven for about an hour until delicately browned.
