  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese,cut in strips,(1 slice)
  • 1 egg , hardboiled,sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup cucumber,sliced thin
  • 1 radish, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 asparagus tips, steamed
