Step 8: Cook until shrimp are done and vegetables are tender.
Step 9: Do not overcook.
Step 10: Add seasonings
Step 11: Then add cornstarch water mixture to thicken.
Step 12: Cook 2 minutes.
Step 13: Serve with chow mein noodles.
