Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk ,hot
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease
  • Sauce:
  • 3 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • Garnish:
  • 2 ounce parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add bread crumbs to milk let set 10 minutes

  • Step 2: Add bacon grease to skillet don't heat until balls are made

  • Step 3: Add bread to rest of meat ingredients

  • Step 4: Form ping pong sized balls keeping hands wet while rolling balls

  • Step 5: Now heat grease

  • Step 6: Add balls to pan

  • Step 7: Brown

  • Step 8: Add cut veggies

  • Step 9: Cook 5 minutes until tender

  • Step 10: Add tomatoes,worcestershire sauce and water

  • Step 11: Add spaghetti pushing it down into sauce

  • Step 12: Stirring occasionally

  • Step 13: Cover and cook on simmer until until spaghetti is cooked

  • Step 14: Add the parmesan cheese after it's off the heat
