  • 4 ounces bacon, cooked, chopped fine,(4 slices)
  • 1/8 cup stuffed green olives, chopped fine
  • 1/32 teaspoon salt
  • 1/32 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/16 cup italian dressing
  • 8 ounces white bread,(8 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine hard cooked eggs with bacon and olives. Add salt,(pepper) ,to taste and dressings.

  • Step 2: Mix well.

  • Step 3: Spread on bread using #30 scoop (1.25 ounces - 2.5 tablespoons).

  • Step 4: Cut in half
