Step 1: Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2: Wash chicken pieces and pat dry(leave moist so rice adheres)
Step 3: Coat chicken with rice.
Step 4: Place chicken, skin-side-up, in Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 5: In large bowl
Step 6: Combine mushroom soup, chicken broth and onion soup mix
Step 7: Mix well.
Step 8: Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Step 9: Cover and bake at 325ºF for 2 hours.
Step 10: Uncover
Step 11: Add mushrooms, if desired, and bake an additional 30 minutes to brown.
