  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed ,cold
  • Filling:
  • 2 cans (30 ounces) peach halves, drained ,(15 ounces each)
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cream:
  • 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream,(1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: Spray pam in springform pan

  • Step 3: Whisk dry crust ingredients together

  • Step 4: Cut in cold butter until crumbly

  • Step 5: Press into pan

  • Step 6: Put peaches cut side up

  • Step 7: Sprinkle sugar cinnamon And salt

  • Step 8: Bake 20 minutes

  • Step 9: Mix cream and egg yolks

  • Step 10: Pour over hot peach halves

  • Step 11: Bake 20 more minutes until set
