  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything but chicken and put half the sauce in Ziploc bag

  • Step 2: Cut the chicken thighs in strips

  • Step 3: And put in bag and squish around

  • Step 4: Put in frig

  • Step 5: Put wooden skewers in Ziploc bag

  • Step 6: Pour water in and soak overnight

  • Step 7: Grill chicken next day

  • Step 8: Brushing rest of sauce on while barbequing
