Step 1: In large stock pot
Step 2: Brown ground beef and onion
Step 3: Add carrots and potatoes
Step 4: Add garlic
Step 5: Drain if needed
Step 6: Add tomato paste cook a bit
Step 7: Add stock
Step 8: Add herbs and seasoning
Step 9: Simmer 45 minutes stirring occasionally
Step 10: Add more water if needed
Step 11: At 55 minutes add peas
Step 12: Stir
Step 13: Cook 5 minutes more
Step 14: Turn off heat and add butter cheese and Sour cream stir cover let set 5 minutes so cheese can melt
Step 15: Check seasoning and add more salt or pepper
