Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound stew meat, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (6 ounces) mushrooms
  • 1 can (28 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen green beans,thawed
  • 1 package(16 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
  • 1 can(15 ounces) beef ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat beef cubes.

  • Step 2: Brown.

  • Step 3: Add onion, garlic, and oregano.

  • Step 4: Cook until onion is tender but not brown.

  • Step 5: Transfer to crock pot.

  • Step 6: Add beef stock, mushrooms and tomato.

  • Step 7: Cover.

  • Step 8: Cook on low for 8 hours.

  • Step 9: Stir into beef mixture

  • Step 10: Green beans, ravioli's and parsley.

  • Step 11: Cook 30 minutes longer on high. Until ravioli is cooked check for seasoning
