  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp

  • Step 2: Remove

  • Step 3: Add a tablespoon of oil

  • Step 4: Cook onions until carmalized

  • Step 5: Remove to bacon

  • Step 6: Add 2 tablespoons oil

  • Step 7: Add potatoes

  • Step 8: Cover and cook until crispy seasoning to taste

  • Step 9: Remover lid at last add onions and crumbled bacon back in check seasoning

  • Step 10: Cooked until browned

  • Step 11: Add parsley at last
