Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces gnocchi
  • 6 ounces salmon fillets
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 4 ounces sour cream,(1/4 cup)
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water

  • Step 2: Drain into pan just a little bit of water clinging to gnocchi

  • Step 3: Meanwhile

  • Step 4: Heat oil

  • Step 5: Add green onion

  • Step 6: Saute salmon season lightly

  • Step 7: Remove

  • Step 8: Add red pepper flakes and cooked gnocchi adding more oil if needed

  • Step 9: Saute

  • Step 10: Add spinach and buttermilk and sour cream cover

  • Step 11: Season to taste

  • Step 12: Add salmon broken up

  • Step 13: Stir

  • Step 14: Take off heat

  • Step 15: Add cheese

  • Step 16: Season to taste
