Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces frozen italian meatballs, thawed
  • 16 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces bacon,(6 strips)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water al dente

  • Step 2: Save 1 cup pasta before draining

  • Step 3: Meanwhile

  • Step 4: In Dutch oven

  • Step 5: Cook diced bacon ,pepper and meatballs

  • Step 6: Brown

  • Step 7: Add 1/2 cup pasta water and spaghetti cook until boiling

  • Step 8: Add the cooked water to eggs

  • Step 9: Beat well

  • Step 10: And add to pasta

  • Step 11: Toss with cheese and parsley

  • Step 12: Cover and let cook by passive heat for 10 minutes

  • Step 13: Open and if eggs aren't cooked heat by tossing the pasta until cooked

  • Step 14: Add more pepper if you need it
