Step 1: In bowl
Step 2: Add the ground pork, garlic, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder and 1/4 cup teriyaki.
Step 3: Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: Then mix well.
Step 5: Form burger mixture into four equal sized patties.
Step 6: Grill pineapple rounds until they have grill marks. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 7: Toast buns on the grill.
Step 8: Remove and set aside.
Step 9: Place pork patties on the grill.
Step 10: Barbecue for about 8 minutes, or until the patty has firmed up enough to flip.
Step 11: Once firm,baste with teriyaki sauce.
Step 12: Flip
Step 13: Allow to cook for 5 minutes, then flip again and baste the other side
Step 14: Add cheese
Step 15: Mayonnaise top and bottom of bun
Step 16: Add pineapple and lettuce
Step 17: Add burger
