How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: In a skillet, put in a tablespoon of oil. Sear the meat on each side for about a minute per side on medium heat.

  • Step 4: Mix together the mustard, marjoram leaves, and salt and rub over the entire surface of the roast.

  • Step 5: Roast for 20 minutes per pound or until a thermometer reads 145°.
