We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook chicken wings in boiling water to cover for 15 minutes. Drain, reserving stock for another use.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Step 3: Dip wings in sauce then place on grill 3 - 4 inches from white ashes (hot coals), and cook for 5- 10 minutes per side, basting frequently with sauce.

  • NOTE: Serve wings with a tangy blue-cheese dip of choice to spice them up even more. You can also simply combine blue cheese to taste with sour cream and/or yogurt in a blender or food processor, and blend until almost smooth. The BBQ sauce can also be used with equally tasty results on chicken pieces or grilled pork chops.
