Step 6: Get a pot of water started for your pasta noodles.
Step 7: Back to sauce
Step 8: Combine the remaining ingredients
Step 9: The soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, pepper, and hoisin sauce in a small dish and pour into ground beef mixture.
Step 10: Saute in the pan for about 3 minutes .
Step 11: Once your pasta is done cooking Al dente it's going to finish in sauce
Step 12: Add sesame oil to drained noodles
Step 13: Drain keeping 1/2 cup pasta water
Step 14: Transfer the noodles to the ground beef mixture. Mix thoroughly
Step 15: Add slurry
Step 16: And allow to cook for a couple of more minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Step 17: Add pasta water a little at a time to loosen up sauce if needed
Step 18: Top with green onions and toasted sesame seed
