Step 1: Peel bananas and place in a bowl and mash them with a potato or other masher (you can also just puree the bananas in a blender and then transfer the pureed bananas to a bowl. Stir in lemon juice and curacao and mix well.
Step 2: In a large bowl whisk together the cream and sugar -- it should be fairly thick and then fold in bananas until combined.
Step 3: Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer until serving.
