  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: Get out a large bowl and mix the leaves and the melted ghee (or fat of your choosing).

  • Step 4: Place the leaves on the two baking sheets, making sure that they are in a single layer.

  • Step 5: Bake each tray for 8 to 10 minutes or until they're crispy and the edges are brown.

  • Step 6: Remove from the oven and place grated lemon zest over the leaves, if desired.
