  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1/8 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, minced
  • 2 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat bacon grease cook hash browns mixed with jalapeno pepper and Bell pepper

  • Step 2: Season to taste

  • Step 3: Cook bacon on the side until crisp

  • Step 4: Remove

  • Step 5: Cook chorizo

  • Step 6: When potatoes are almost done

  • Step 7: In second skillet

  • Step 8: Heat butter

  • Step 9: Beat eggs with herbs

  • Step 10: Season to taste

  • Step 11: Scramble

  • Step 12: Plate Hash browns

  • Step 13: Sprinkle on a little cheese

  • Step 14: Put chorizo on top crumble bacon

  • Step 15: Put eggs on top

  • Step 16: Sprinkle rest of cheese on top
