Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup brewed espresso (or really strong coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brew your espresso or coffee and let it cool a little bit.

  • Step 2: Mix together the honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt into the coffee while it's still warm.

  • Step 3: Add the coconut milk to the coffee and mix it together. Take a taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

  • Step 4: Pour into popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours or until frozen solid.

  • Step 5: Take the Popsicles out of the mold by running a little warm water on the outside of the mold.
