Step 1: Brew your espresso or coffee and let it cool a little bit.
Step 2: Mix together the honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt into the coffee while it's still warm.
Step 3: Add the coconut milk to the coffee and mix it together. Take a taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
Step 4: Pour into popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours or until frozen solid.
Step 5: Take the Popsicles out of the mold by running a little warm water on the outside of the mold.
