  • 1 ounce bacon ,(1 strip)
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce, warm

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat bacon

  • Step 2: Add butter add mushrooms

  • Step 3: Cook until bacon crisp

  • Step 4: Remove

  • Step 5: Add eggs seasoned to taste

  • Step 6: Dot cream cheese on one side

  • Step 7: Add mushrooms over cream cheese

  • Step 8: Add spinach on top

  • Step 9: Crumble bacon

  • Step 10: Cover
