  • 1 ounce bacon,(1 slice)
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • Garnish:
  • 2 ounces cojack cheese, sliced,(2)
  • 1 slice tomato

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute mushrooms in butter

  • Step 2: Add bacon cook until crisp

  • Step 3: Remove

  • Step 4: Beat egg whites season to taste

  • Step 5: Pour in pan

  • Step 6: Add mushrooms then dot cream cheese

  • Step 7: Add spinach

  • Step 8: Crumble bacon on top

  • Step 9: Cover

  • Step 10: Flip in half

  • Step 11: Lay cheese on top

  • Step 12: Put tomato slice centered

  • Step 13: Cover until cheese melts

  • Step 14: Plate
