  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 8 ounces sour cream,(1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: If pork chops are thick, pound thin.

  • Step 2: Prepare three shallow dishes.

  • Step 3: One with flour mixed with seasoned salt and pepper

  • Step 4: One with beaten egg and milk

  • Step 5: One with breadcrumbs and paprika.

  • Step 6: Lightly season chops

  • Step 7: Dip chops first in flour, then in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs.

  • Step 8: In a large skillet

  • Step 9: Heat oil .

  • Step 10: Brown pork chops for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  • Step 11: Remove and keep warm with foil over it.

  • Step 12: Pour broth into skillet

  • Step 13: Scraping to loosen crusty bits.

  • Step 14: Blend the 2 tablespoons flour and dill weed into the sour cream.

  • Step 15: Stir into broth.

  • Step 16: Cook and stir over low heat until thick and bubbly.

  • Step 17: Cook and stir 1-2 minutes more don't boil until thickened

  • Step 18: Ladle gravy over chop
