Step 1: Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.
Step 2: Combine Mazola and milk in measuring cup.
Step 3: Whip with a fork and pour all at once over flour mixture.
Step 4: Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened. Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom of pan;
Step 5: Then press dough up to line sides and partly cover rim.
Step 6: Be sure dough is pressed to uniform thickness.
Step 7: To flute
Step 8: Pinch dough lightly with fingers.
Step 9: Do not use a high fluted edge.
Step 10: For baked shell:
Step 11: Prick entire surface with a fork
Step 12: Bake in hot oven (425 d F) 12-15 minutes.
Step 13: Cool
Step 14: Fill as desired.
Step 15: For unbaked shell:
Step 16: Fill as desired and bake in hot oven (400 d F) 15 minutes
Step 17: Then reduce heat to moderate (350 d F) and bake until filling tests done.
