  • 1 package (12 ounces) kielbasa sausage ,sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can(14 ounces) tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled, diced,(4)
  • 1 can(15 ounces) pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 ounces)corn, undrained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chile pepper
  • 1 package (12 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: A dutch oven over medium heat, saute onion.

  • Step 2: And ground beef

  • Step 3: Cook until done

  • Step 4: Drain if needed

  • Step 5: Add sliced sausage

  • Step 6: Add garlic

  • Step 7: Add spices

  • Step 8: Pour in tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, potatoes, diced tomatoes with chiles and frozen veggies

  • Step 9: Mix everything until well combined

  • Step 10: Season to taste

  • Step 11: Add beef stock, bring to a boil, and simmer for one hour
