The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts,(2)
  • 8 ounces asparagus spears
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 ounces heavy cream,(4 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  • Step 2: Mix the cream and mustard

  • Step 3: Cut a square of parchment paper.

  • Step 4: Put on top of a larger square of foil

  • Step 5: In the middle arrange chicken breast,the asparagus, mushrooms, garlic and shallot.

  • Step 6: Top with the cream and mustard sauce.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with parsley,

  • Step 8: Season to taste

  • Step 9: Close the foil packets

  • Step 10: Place on cookie sheet

  • Step 11: And bake for 60 minutes.
