Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds tilapia (4 pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces corn tortillas (8)
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 onion, medium white, diced small
  • 2 limes, quartered

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2: Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place tilapia on prepared sheet pan.

  • Step 3: In small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Season tilapia with spice mixture.

  • Step 4: Place 1/2 tablespoon butter on top of each tilapia piece.

  • Step 5: Bake 12 minutes or until fish is firm and has reached a safe internal temperature of 145°F. Meanwhile heat tortillas: wrap in damp paper towel and microwave 10 seconds.

  • Step 6: Layer two tortillas, then top with a piece of tilapia. Finish with cilantro, onion and squeeze of lime. Repeat for remaining three tacos. Enjoy, refrigerating any leftovers.
