Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place tilapia on prepared sheet pan.
Step 3: In small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Season tilapia with spice mixture.
Step 4: Place 1/2 tablespoon butter on top of each tilapia piece.
Step 5: Bake 12 minutes or until fish is firm and has reached a safe internal temperature of 145°F. Meanwhile heat tortillas: wrap in damp paper towel and microwave 10 seconds.
Step 6: Layer two tortillas, then top with a piece of tilapia. Finish with cilantro, onion and squeeze of lime. Repeat for remaining three tacos. Enjoy, refrigerating any leftovers.
