  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 ounces white bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat egg and milk season with a dash of salt

  • Step 2: Heat butter in skillet

  • Step 3: Dip bread in and fry in butter

  • Step 4: In same skillet heat butter fry egg over hard breaking yolk

  • Step 5: Season to taste

  • Step 6: Put cheese over cooked egg

  • Step 7: Place on cooked french toast

  • Step 8: Dust with powdered sugar if you like

  • Step 9: Cut in half

  • Step 10: An over-hard egg and cheese between two pieces of French toast topped with powdered sugar.
