  • 1/8 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, sliced
  • 2 mushrooms ,sliced
  • 2 ounces american cheese,(2 slices)
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce,warm

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter in skillet

  • Step 2: Add mushrooms onions and bell peppers

  • Step 3: Cook until tender

  • Step 4: Remove

  • Step 5: Beat eggs seasoned to taste

  • Step 6: Pour in pan

  • Step 7: On one side layer cheese and cooked veggies

  • Step 8: Layer on olives tomatoes and spinach

  • Step 9: Cover

  • Step 10: Roll omelet and pour warm hollandaise sauce over
