Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over 6 cups of your favorite cooked pasta that has been rinsed with cold water to cool it down before adding dressing, and all the diced crunchy vegetables you prefer. I like onion, celery and radishes. You can also add quartered cherry tomatoes. Stir well and let marinate in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. Stir before serving to re-coat all the pasta with the dressing.
