Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cauliflower,cooked ,chilled
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces frozen cooked shrimp , peeled
  • 2 eggs,hard boiled, quartered
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon dill, minced
  • Dressing:
  • 2 ounces sour cream,(4 tablespoons)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Start by boiling the cauliflower head tender in lightly salted water for approximately 15 minutes. Bring the water to a boil before putting the cauliflower in the pot.

  • Step 2: Pour the water from the pot and let the cauliflower cool for a minimum of 45 minutes.

  • Step 3: Combine ingredients for dressing

  • Step 4: Refrigerate

  • Step 5: Roughly chop the iceberg lettuce and spread it on a large platter.

  • Step 6: Place the cauliflower head on top of the salad.

  • Step 7: Pour the dressing over the cooled cauliflower head.

  • Step 8: Garnish the dish with shrimp, peas, tomatoes in boats, quarter eggs and a little dill.
