  • 1/4 ounce sour cream,(1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1/8 cup red onion, sliced
  • 3 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Egg wrap:

  • Step 2: Beat eggs with sour cream, salt(&pepper) to taste, chopped parsley and baking powder

  • Step 3: Add olive oil to a frying pan

  • Step 4: Spread the egg mass over the entire frying pan and bake the egg wrap on both sides.

  • Step 5: Turn it over if necessary. along the way using a plate

  • Step 6: Fill:

  • Step 7: Cut out vegetables and meat and stuff it into the egg wrap
