Step 1: Egg wrap:
Step 2: Beat eggs with sour cream, salt(&pepper) to taste, chopped parsley and baking powder
Step 3: Add olive oil to a frying pan
Step 4: Spread the egg mass over the entire frying pan and bake the egg wrap on both sides.
Step 5: Turn it over if necessary. along the way using a plate
Step 6: Fill:
Step 7: Cut out vegetables and meat and stuff it into the egg wrap
