Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, very strong, chilled ( I always use 2 sleeves of Cafe Bustelo instant coffee in one cup water)
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix together the one cup chilled coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and cream. Mix it until combined.

  • Step 2: Cover and chill.

  • Step 3: Place in an ice cream freezer and freeze according to the manufacturer directions.

  • Step 4: When it's done, put it in a freezer safe bowl. Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
