Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cans (32 ounces) refried beans,(15 ounces each)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy bean oil
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pink beans, drained
  • 8 ounces cheddar, finely shredded
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) mild taco sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Spray a 13×9” pan with baking spray.

  • Step 3: Put oil in bottom

  • Step 4: In a large bowl, combine refried beans, pinto beans, pink beans and taco seasoning.

  • Step 5: Add water

  • Step 6: Mash with a fork.

  • Step 7: Add in 1 cup of the cheese, stir to combine.

  • Step 8: Spread into the prepared baking dish.

  • Step 9: Evenly pour the taco sauce all over the beans, then top with remaining cheese

  • Step 10: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.

  • Step 11: Garnish with cilantro, green onions, black olives
