  • 1/4 cup white sausage gravy
  • 1 ounce bacon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Start heating the sausage gravy

  • Step 2: In 1 skillet heat the strip of bacon to crunchy

  • Step 3: Heat the ham and sausage next to it have 1 tablespoon butter and saute the onions

  • Step 4: When they are mostly done

  • Step 5: In 2nd skillet

  • Step 6: Heat butter add eggs that you have seasoned to taste

  • Step 7: Add cheese

  • Step 8: Let it melt

  • Step 9: Add sausage and ham and onions

  • Step 10: Fold over

  • Step 11: Top with gravy and crumbled bacon
