Step 1: Cut broccoli into bite-size florets & do the same with the cauliflower, before steaming for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp yet tender.
Step 2: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat, then add the bell pepper & garlic & saute 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Step 3: Stir in the broccoli, cauliflower, mustard, salt & lemon pepper, & allow vegetables to become completely coated before serving.
