  • 3 eggs
  • 16 ounces heavy cream,(1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 package (7 ounces)pie crust,(9 inches)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Beat your cream cheese until smooth, then add in the brown sugar and beat until incorporated to the cream cheese.

  • Step 3: Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in the eggs and mix until smooth.

  • Step 4: Add in your heavy cream, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and nutmeg and mix until well incorporated.

  • Step 5: Pour your pie mixture into your pie pan and bake for 30 minutes
