  • 4 ounces dry white rice ,(1/3 cup)
  • 1 jar (32 ounces) spaghetti sauce,(ragu)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese,sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In 1st skillet

  • Step 3: Heat olive oil and saute cabbage until tender

  • Step 4: In second skillet

  • Step 5: Brown beef and onion

  • Step 6: Drain

  • Step 7: Add rice ragu sauce rinse out jar with water

  • Step 8: Simmer covered 20 minutes

  • Step 9: In Pam sprayed casserole

  • Step 10: Layer sauce cabbage then cheese

  • Step 11: Repeat

  • Step 12: Bake for 30 minutes
